  1. I have written some of my childhood memories and posted a number of episodes following on from
    I’m not sure they are of sufficient merit or interest to be a book. I removed place names for the purposes of my blog.
    I am part way through uphill both ways and noting the differences in culture between our countries. Sue

      Interestingly, there are several different cultures here in the US. It’s the product of being the melting pot. When I was writing my stories that ultimately became my book, I let the WP community judge my work. Sometimes it was pretty good, sometimes it was completely ignored. Either way, readers have a way of moving you in the right direction. I wrote, re-wrote, edited, re-edited, threw it away, wrote again from scratch … All part of the process. Keep going, persist.
